Oscar's Red Wine 2017
Oscar's 2017 Red Wine
The year 2017 was a very abnormal year in terms of weather. The rain was quite intense during the spring which caused a late growth in the vines, which ended up reducing the amount of grapes that the vine produced.
The months of August and September were hot and dry, which helped the vine to finish its ripening.
The grapes were picked by hand, totally destemmed and fermented in vats. stainless steel in gentle manual maceration and with a properly controlled temperature.
40% of the blend of this wine aged 6 months in French oak barrels.
Its color is intense ruby. On the nose (smell) it has touches of red and black fruits with a soft floral touch. >
Storage and serving advice:< p> The cardboard boxes with the bottles inside must be stored unopened, in a clean, airy, cool and dry place and most importantly, without exposure to the sun.
